Welcome to Ashram Laundry Services, an online laundry service operated by Shrimad Rajchandra Divine Products and Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Definitions

"Customer" or "You" refers to the individual using our laundry services.

"Service" refers to the online laundry and dry-cleaning services provided by the Company.

2. Service Usage

Our services are available in select locations as mentioned on our website.

Customers must register on the website and provide accurate details for service fulfillment.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices for laundry services are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.

Orders must be placed through the website, and payment must be made via approved payment methods.

The final billing amount may vary based on additional services requested.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery are subject to availability and will be scheduled as per the customer’s request.

Customers must ensure that clothes are properly counted and handed over to the delivery agent.

The Company is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect item counts reported by the customer.

5. Care and Handling of Garments

We take utmost care in handling garments, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, including color bleeding or fabric shrinkage.

Damage caused due to manufacturer defects or poor fabric quality.

Customers must inform us of any special washing instructions before placing an order.

6. Liability & Compensation

In case of loss or damage due to our negligence, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 5 times the service cost of the lost/damaged item.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellations: Once clothes are submitted ,  cancellations will not be accepted

8. Prohibited Items

Customers must not send items containing:

Hazardous materials

Sharp objects

Valuable items like jewelry, cash, or documents

The Company will not be responsible for any such items found in the laundry.

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information will be used solely for providing laundry services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms shall be governed by Indian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
